INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
We collect several types of information on our Site. We collect “Personal Information,” which is information that is used by Crown to identify you individually, such as your name and address. We also collect “Aggregate Information,” which is information that does not contain Personal Information or from which Personal Information is removed. An example of Aggregate Information is information about use of our Site, such as pages visited on our Site. The following is a more detailed explanation of these types of information as well as when and how we collect and use them.

PERSONAL AND NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Email Services- If you provide us with your email address and opt in to any email notification features that Crown may now have or may develop in the future, you will receive email updates from Crown. Crown provides users the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from Crown by replying to the email sent with the word “unsubscribe” as the subject line or by clicking a link in the message to unsubscribe.

Order Forms- Our Site uses forms for you to request information, products and services and to submit resumes. We may collect financial information such as your mortgage amount on forms when you request certain information. If we do so, we may share this transactional information with other entities as is necessary to process your orders.

These surveys may request demographic information (such as age range, gender, areas of interest) and customer feedback. Participation in these requests is completely voluntary and with each request you will have the choice of whether or not to disclose information. We may use such survey information to analyze our Site and to improve users’ overall experience on our Site.

Administrative Purpose- We may collect and use information that identifies you personally when you submit comments, questions or suggestions through our Site. For example, if you submit questions to Crown or submit order forms we will use the information you provide to respond to you. For instance, we may collect various forms of “click stream” information such as entry and exit points for our Site (i.e., referring URLs or domains), site traffic statistics, page views, impressions, and operating system and browser type. In addition, when users request pages on our Site, our servers automatically log their IP addresses. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Web.

We may collect, compile, store, publish, promote, report, sell, or otherwise disclose or use any and all Aggregate Information.

If we do correlate any Aggregate Information to you, such information will be treated like any other personal information under this policy.

COOKIES:
We may make use of “cookies” on our Site. Cookies are small text files that are stored on a user’s computer by a Web server based on the permissions set in a user’s browser software. A cookie itself is not designed or intended to read any information from a user’s computer (other than the contents of the cookie); rather, it is an identifier used by the Web site that originally placed it on your hard drive. The actual contents of the cookie information can be retrieved by the same server to identify the computer and subsequently to customize, monitor, or regulate the use of a site based on information stored in the cookie and the host server. Therefore, cookies only identify the user’s computer to the Web site that may correlate other information, including personal information, with the cookie.

Cookies allow us to automate access and data entry functions of our Site such as login information, correlate online ordering information for purchases you may make while at the Site (if any), tailor the Site to your preferences or interests, or customize promotions or marketing. In addition, cookies allow us to track usage of the Site to determine which areas are useful or popular and which are not, thereby enabling us to improve and update the Site effectively.

Some portions of our site may use web beacons in conjunction with cookies to understand user behavior. A web beacon is an electronic image, called a single-pixel (1×1) or clear GIF. Web beacons can recognize certain types of information on a visitor’s computer, such as a visitor’s cookie number, time and date of a page view and a description of the page where the web beacon is placed. Some Web beacons may be unusable if you elect to reject their associated cookies.

You may adjust your Web browsers to either alert you of the use of cookies or refuse to accept cookies entirely. For Internet Explorer or AOL users, you can click on the “Start” button and then select Control Panel, Internet Options and the Security tab. If you click on the “Custom” button, you will be able to see the cookie options. For Netscape users, in the browser, select File, Preferences and then Advanced to view the cookie options. Be aware that if you elect not to accept cookies, some parts of the Site may not function properly or permit access.

Google Analytics, Ads Conversion Tracking and Remarketing, Signals

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google. In addition, our website uses Google Ads conversion tracking and Ads remarketing, Demographics and interests reporting and Google Signals, which are also services by Google.

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze and improve our website based on your usage behavior. We use Google Analytics to monitor and analyze the use of Our Site. Google Analytics is a web analytics website offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of the Site. This data is shared with other Google websites. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made Your activity on the Site available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Google Ads conversion tracking and Ads remarketing also use cookies and similar technologies in order to measure the performance of advertisements placed (so-called Ads campaigns) and to show you individualized advertising messages on websites that collaborate with Google.  Demographics and Interests Reporting provides insight into the age, gender, and purchase interests of users, which you can use to better target your advertisements

Google Signals compiles for us multi-platform data reports on Google users that have enabled personalized advertising in their Google accounts.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing the website operator with other services relating to website and Internet use.

The Google Ads conversion tracking cookies ordinarily remain enabled on your computer for around 30 days. If you visit our website during this period, both Google and we will be informed that you saw the displayed advertisement.

In case that you use a Google account, Google can, depending on the settings stored in your Google account, associate your Internet and browser cache with your Google account and use information from your Google account to personalize advertisements. You must sign out of your Google account before visiting our website if you do not want this association with your Google account.

If you have enabled personalized advertising in your Google account, Google will be able to prepare data models and reports on website habits, which show for instance on which device you first clicked on an advertisement and on which device any eventual purchase took place. These data models and reports are based on random samples and are pseudonymised to ensure anonymity, which means that we are unable to draw any conclusions as to the identities of the individual Google users.

For more information in this regard, refer to the Google Privacy Policy.

FACEBOOK PIXEL

In addition, our website uses remarketing tabs for marketing purposes (also the “Facebook Pixel”) by Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA (“Facebook”). This tag establishes a connection between your browser and a Facebook server when you visit our website. Facebook therefore receives information that you have accessed our website with your IP address.

If you are a member of Facebook and have made the appropriate privacy settings on your Facebook account, Facebook will also be able to associate the information stored with us about your visit with your personal account, which it can use for the targeted display of Facebook Ads.

You can access and change the Privacy Settings for your Facebook profile at any time.

For more information, visit the Facebook Privacy Policy.

The personal data stored on our system is protected by a firewall designed to keep unauthorized users from accessing our network.
